Our HIT System is a design combination of a heavy duty idler frame with a high impact torsion arm system. This product specifically addresses the impact problems that mining and industrial companies have at their discharge chutes.
The HIT system is designed for all belt sizes and fits onto all standard spec (SABS) stringer systems. The purpose of the HIT system is to absorb the impact of the material which falls onto the belt. We can customise the design for the application that is required.

Primary Belt Scraper
Primary Belt Scraper
The OST-2000P Primary Belt Scrapers are the first belt cleaning device normally used by industrial and mining operations at conveyor transfer points. This device is capable of removing up to 80% of the material that clings to the conveyor belt. We have endeavored to address all aspects required for effective belt cleaning.
This scraper can be installed into almost any designed transfer point. It can work directly on the head pulley, but is able to float on the surface of the belt at an even pressure.

• Segmented Blades to allow for maximum blade life.
• Made from highly wear resistant HDP (high density polyurethane)
• Neidhart equipped scraper mounting bracket ensure that the blade tip is kept in positive contact with belt surface.
• Neidhart unit allows for absorption of shock loads from large lumps of product.
• This prevents destruction or damage to blades.
• Blade segments can be replaced quickly and safely.
• Universal blade segments used on all belts.

Duff Feeder
Duff Feeder
Our Duff Feeder collects and conveys duff from underneath belt scrapers down to collection points. Duff Feeders are designed to allow access for maintenance of conveyor rollers and belt scrappers.

FEATURES
• The duff / dribble feeder is designed to achieve the following:
• Convey light duff / dribble wet or dry
• Operate fully loaded or empty
• Fit into confined spaces
• Operate for long maintenance free operation periods
LINERS
The very low friction co-efficient of the liners prevents build-up of duff / dribble and ensures smooth conveying.
Available in HDPE 6 or TIVAR 80
INCREASED COST EFFECTIVENESS
• Visam vibrator motors guaranteed for 1-year and rated I.P. 65
• Grease nipples mounted inside the motor covers protect it from dust and ensure that no unauthorized person greases the motors.
• Vibratory Suspension units compensate for shock loads. We utilize the well-known OST Screen Mounts (SM) as our vibratory suspension. The mounts have a very long service life and will ensure that the Duff / Dribble Feeder will not be subject to unexpected downtime for change of suspensions. They are backed up with a 3-year factory warranty.
• No more labour is required at the transfer point due to effective conveying of the duff and or any other spillage that may occur between the conveyor belt and transfer chute.

Secondary Belt Scraper
Secondary Belt Scraper
The OST-2000S Secondary Belt Scraper design can remove more than 95% of the material that clings to a conveyor belt after discharging into the chute. This unit can be installed singularly or in tandem.
The vernier arm on each end ensures that the optimum cleaning angle will be maintained at all times. The OST-2000S Scraper is designed with segmented buffers, operating independently from each other. The Neidhart unit in the vernier arms and buffers ensures that the blades make contact with the conveyor belt at all times.
• Segmented parts to allow for maximum life from all scraper components.
• Removable blades
• Neidhart equipped scraper Mounting bracket ensure that the blade tip is kept in positive contact with belt surface.
• Neidhart unit allows for absorption of shock loads from large lumps of product. This prevents destruction or damage to blades.
• The following blades are available : wiper blades, Tungsten insert blades, UHDP blades, Rubber blades and belt clip friendly blades.
• Blade elements can be replaced quickly and safely.
