VIBRATOR MOTORS - MOUNTING AND CONNECTING DATA

• Correct bolts, nuts and washers – 8.8 high tensile.
• Bolts and nuts torque to correct value. (See connecting data).
• Motor fitted to machine surface (preferred) or 100% flat.
• Weight settings on both sides to be equal. If two motors are
• Used – all settings to be equal.
• Weight setting from 100% down.
• Ensure all o-rings and seals are in correct position. (IP65.7)
• Electrical cable and cable gland as per table below.
